Kurt Knispel - Sales Representative
Kurt joined our team in March 2025 as a Route Sales Representative and moved to a Sales Representative role in February 2026. Kurt has previous sales experience with both B2B and B2C. Kurt is married, has 1 daughter, and several dogs and cats. In his free time, Kurt likes to spend time with his family and friends.
Michelle Remakel - Office Manager
Michelle joined our team as an office administrator in December 2022 and was promoted to Office Manager in February 2026. Michelle oversees many vital components of our daily operations. Through previous experiences, Michelle managed human resources, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and much more. Michelle is a mom of three, a grandmother of three, and has two dogs. In her free time, Michelle enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her grandsons.
Bernie Villarreal
Bernie joined our the ChemMark family as a Route Sales Representative in November 2021 and worked in our South Territory until August 2024 when he began training as a Manager. Bernie was promoted to Manager in January 2024. Bernie has previous experience with general mechanical and electrical and enjoys problem solving. Bernie has been married since 2002 and has one dog. In his free time, Bernie likes to watch movies, sports, and go fishing.
Sara Benedix
Sara joined the ChemMark team in August 2009 as an Office Manager and served in that role till 2017, when she began servicing lodging and hospitality clients as a Hospitality Territory Manager. In 2019, Sara became Co-Owner of ChemMark of Central Texas and currently serves as the CFO. Sara has been married since 2009, is a mom of five, a grandmother of two, and has two dogs. In her free time, Sara enjoys watching movies, trying out new restaurants, and traveling.
Walter Benedix II
Walter joined the ChemMark family in August 2009 as a Route Sales Representative and served in that role till 2016, when he became General Manager. In 2019, Walter became Co-Owner of ChemMark of Central Texas and now serves as the COO. Walter has been married since 2009, is a father of five, a granfather of two, and has two dogs. In his free time, Walter enjoys eating barbecue, watching sports, and enjoying comedy shows.
