Dishmachine Rental Program & Ongoing Support
When you lease a dish machine from ChemMark of Central Texas, you’re not just getting equipment — you’re getting a fully supported system.
Our rental program includes professional delivery and installation, chemical setup, and a structured 28-day service cycle designed to keep your machine operating efficiently and consistently.
During each scheduled visit, we:
- Inspect and test machine performance
- Verify proper chemical concentration and calibration
- Clean and descale components as needed
- Complete preventative maintenance
- Review inventory and restock products
If an issue arises between visits, our emergency service team responds quickly to minimize downtime and keep your kitchen running.
The goal is simple: predictable costs, fewer breakdowns, and equipment that performs the way it should — every shift, every day.
Customer-Owned Dishmachine Service & Repair
If you own your commercial dish machine, ChemMark provides both structured maintenance support and responsive repair service when problems arise.
Ongoing Maintenance Program
For customers enrolled in our maintenance program, a technician visits every four weeks to:
- Restock ChemMark-approved detergents, rinse aids, and sanitizers
- Inspect and test machine performance
- Clean and descale components as needed
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
Customers in the program pay a fixed maintenance fee and purchase their chemicals through ChemMark. If repairs are identified during a scheduled visit, there is no additional labor charge beyond the maintenance fee — only the cost of required parts.
This proactive approach reduces breakdowns and extends equipment life.
Scheduled Repair Service
If your dish machine is down and you're not enrolled in our maintenance program, we offer repair service by appointment.
We service many major manufacturers, including ADS, CMA, and others. As a locally operated Austin company, we carry many common replacement parts and work to schedule service promptly when a customer’s kitchen is impacted.
When your machine isn’t performing properly, we focus on clear communication, accurate diagnosis, and efficient repair so you can return to normal operations as quickly as possible.
Short-Term Equipment Rentals
Hosting a large festival, catering a major event, or operating a temporary foodservice setup?
We provide short-term dish machine and equipment rentals designed specifically for high-volume events and temporary kitchens.
